Delete Account for Nansha AI Meeting Transcriber

How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Nansha AI Transcriber account and associated app data.

How to request account deletion

Account deletion is fully managed by our support team to ensure all your data is safely and completely removed. You can request account deletion by submitting a form to our support team:

  1. Go to our Support & Help Center.
  2. Fill out your Name and the Email address associated with your Nansha AI Transcriber account.
  3. Select "Delete Account" as the Topic.
  4. Provide any additional details in the Description, then submit your request.

Once submitted, our admin team will process your request. You will receive an email reply confirming the status of your account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request. Do not send passwords or private keys.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove data associated with your Nansha AI Transcriber account, including:

  • your app account and profile information;
  • cloud recordings and uploaded audio;
  • transcripts, summaries, folders, and recording metadata;
  • profile picture data;
  • transcription minute balance and app entitlement records;
  • referral, reward, voucher, and related account activity data;
  • Group Recording rooms, member/device metadata, uploaded raw audio, and final recording data associated with your account.

Note: Deleting your account from our servers does not automatically remove local recordings or local settings stored on your physical device. You must uninstall the app or clear the app data on your device to remove local files.

Important note about subscriptions

Deleting your Nansha AI Transcriber account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play or the App Store. To stop future charges, please cancel your subscription directly through the store where you purchased it.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting purposes. Retained information is not used to restore your deleted account.
